Return & Refund Policy
This policy is prepared in accordance with the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By completing a purchase through the website, the customer agrees to all terms stated below.
Food Products
Food products such as coffee cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened.
Any return request will only be considered if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Non-Food Products
Non-food products such as cups, coffee pots, and accessories may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Return Request Period
Any return or complaint request must be submitted within:
48 hours from the time of delivery
After this period, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no return or compensation requests will be accepted.
Proof Requirement
The store is not obligated to provide a replacement or compensation unless:
• Clear proof of the issue is provided
• Clear photos of the product are submitted
• The request is sent via email within the specified period

Shipping Costs
If the return request is made without an error from the store:
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the store, the store will cover the shipping costs.
Right to Refuse Requests

• Lack of sufficient proof of the issue
• The product has been used or opened
